Appellant, Willie David, pled guilty to the charge of forgery and was sentenced to an indeterminate term of not less than two nor more than fourteen years.[Footnote 1] Davis thereafter petitioned for post-conviction relief arguing, upon a number of theories, that his guilty plea should be vacated. A hearing on the petition was held, and the trial court subsequently denied it. Davis appeals from this denial.
